This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Fair Play casino (the “App”) handles information. We built the App to respect your privacy: it is a free, offline, single-player entertainment product and it is designed to work without collecting personal data.
Fair Play casino is a social casino-style entertainment game intended for adults aged 18 and over. The App is a simulator only. It does not offer real-money gambling, it does not accept deposits, and it does not pay out real money or real-world prizes. All coins, credits, balances and multipliers shown in the App are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we have no ability to read it. Deleting the App removes this data permanently.
The App requests the minimum Android permissions required for gameplay. Vibration is used solely to deliver haptic feedback during animations and can be disabled in the App’s settings at any time. The App does not require network access to be played.
The App is not directed at children. It is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older and is rated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, simply uninstall it — because no data is transmitted, no information needs to be deleted from any server.
The App itself does not integrate third-party services that collect data. The App is distributed through Google Play, and Google may independently collect certain information (such as install and crash statistics) in accordance with its own policies. Because all game data stays in the App’s private storage on your device, it is protected by the security model of the Android operating system. Local save files are additionally protected with an integrity check to discourage tampering.
We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase on your behalf. You remain in full control: clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it removes everything the App has stored.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App gains new features. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
